Welcome to Venco®. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at www.venco.ca (the “Website”), owned and operated by Venco Products Ltd. (“Venco,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.

The Website is provided for informational purposes only. It is intended to showcase Venco® products, specifications, designs, and brand information.

  • No pricing is displayed

  • No payments are accepted through the Website

  • Submission of inquiries does not constitute an order, contract, or offer for sale

All product purchases, quotations, and transactions are handled offline through authorized representatives, dealers, or wholesalers in Canada and the United States.

 

3. Products

Venco® manufactures and supplies premium bath and kitchen products, including but not limited to:

  • Bathtubs

  • Showers and Shower Bases

  • Accessibility Showers

  • Toilets

  • Lavatory Sinks

  • Lavatory Faucets

  • Shower Kits

  • Kitchen Sinks

  • Kitchen Faucets

Products may be stock items, special-order, or custom-made.

4. Professional Installation Requirement

All Venco® products must be installed by a licensed professional plumber in accordance with applicable building codes, industry standards, and Venco® installation instructions.

Venco® assumes no responsibility or liability for damages, defects, or failures resulting from:

  • Improper installation

  • Installation by unlicensed individuals

  • Failure to follow installation instructions

  • Site conditions, structural issues, or building deficiencies

5. Orders, Cancellations & Availability

Venco® reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

  • Accept or reject any order

  • Cancel any order at any time

  • Modify or discontinue products without notice

Special-order and custom-made products are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has commenced.

6. Returns & Refunds

Venco® maintains a strict return policy.

  • No merchandise (including defective units) will be accepted for return without prior written authorization from an authorized Venco® representative.

  • A minimum handling charge of 25% applies to all approved returns.

  • Venco® is not responsible for any return-related costs, including transportation or freight.

  • All returned goods are subject to inspection upon receipt.

Special-order and custom-made products are not eligible for return or cancellation under any circumstances.

7. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

All Venco® products undergo rigorous quality control prior to shipment.

  • Venco®’s responsibility ceases upon delivery to your jobsite or warehouse when delivered on Venco® trucks.

  • For LTL (less-than-truckload) shipments, any shipping damage is the responsibility of the wholesaler or recipient.

  • Products must be inspected immediately upon delivery. Any visible damage must be documented at the time of receipt.

8. Warranty

Venco® products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, the full terms of which are provided on a separate warranty page on the Website.

This Terms of Service document does not replace, expand, or modify the official warranty terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Venco® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

  • Venco® shall not be liable for loss of use, loss of profits, project delays, labor costs, or reinstallation costs.

  • Liability is excluded for misuse, modification, improper maintenance, commercial misuse where not intended, or use outside recommended applications.

In all cases, Venco®’s maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product in question.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to:

  • Logos

  • Trademarks

  • Product designs

  • Technical drawings

  • Specifications

  • Images

  • Text and layout

is the exclusive property of Venco Products Ltd. and is protected by Canadian, U.S., and international intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent from Venco®.

11. Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. Venco® does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of British Columbia.

Venco® reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
