Venco Limited Warranty
All products supplied by VENCO ® are subject to the following Limited Warranty.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser/end-user for personal residential use and is non-transferable. The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase from VENCO ® as indicated on a valid proof of purchase from an authorized VENCO ® dealer. Proof of purchase is required to process any warranty claim.
This warranty does not apply to commercial installations unless prior written approval is provided by and authorized representative of VENCO ®. Commercial use includes, but is not limited to, rental properties, multi-family dwellings, hotels, hospitality properties, spas, gyms, or any installation where the product is subject to use beyond normal residential use.

Warranty Coverage
​
Twenty-Five (25) Year Limited Warranty
VENCO’s 25-Year Limited Warranty applies to select acrylic bathing products and covers manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use. This warranty includes Acrylic Drop-In Tubs, Acrylic Undermount Tubs, Acrylic Skirted/Alcove Tubs, and Acrylic Shower Bases. When properly installed, stored, maintained, and used as intended, these products are warranted to be free from structural failure, cracking, or defects attributable to the manufacturing process for a period of twenty-five (25) years from the original date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover materials and component parts manufactured by others (such as pumps, jets, pipes, and fittings).

Two (2) Year Limited Warranty
VENCO’s 2-Year Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies to all Gelcoat products, Acrylic Freestanding Tubs, and Solid Surface Freestanding Tubs.

Damage resulting from improper storage, negligent handling, or failure to store the product in a safe, dry, and climate-controlled environment will void all Gelcoat warranty coverage.
​
This warranty does not cover materials and component parts manufactured by others (such as pumps, jets, pipes, and fittings).

Lifetime Limited Warranty
VENCO’s Lifetime Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use for the lifetime of the original purchaser. “Lifetime” refers to the period during which the original purchaser owns and resides in the property where the product was originally installed.
​
This warranty applies to Vitreous China products, Stainless Steel products, and cartridges for Lavatory Faucets and Cartridges for Shower Mixers.
​
This warranty does not cover materials and components such as bottom sink grids, cutting boards, roller mats, and colanders.
​
One (1) Year Limited Warranty
VENCO’s One (1) Year Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
​
This warranty applies to Electronic Intelligent Systems, Lavatory Faucets (excluding cartridges), Shower Components, Shower Mixers (excluding cartridges), Bathroom Hardware, Bathroom Parts, and Bathroom Accessories.

Upgrades and Third-Party Components
Materials and component parts manufactured by others (including but not limited to pumps, jets, pipes, fittings, and upgrades) are subject solely to the warranties provided by their original manufacturers.
​
Warranty Obligation
​
Venco® warrants that each product will, at the time of sale, be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.
​
If a defect covered by this warranty is discovered within the applicable warranty period, VENCO ® will, at its sole discretion, repair the original unit or supply an equivalent replacement unit. Any replacement unit will be supplied F.O.B. VENCO ® warehouse.
​
Replacement products may vary slightly in color, shade, or finish due to manufacturing tolerances, material variations, or production differences, and such variations shall not be considered defects.
​
Venco ® shall not be responsible for any costs associated with removal, transportation, installation, reinstallation, labor charges, or any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
​
VENCO ®’s total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
​
Installation, Storage & Conditions
​
All VENCO ® products must:
• Be installed by a licensed professional
• Be installed in accordance with manufacturer instructions
• Comply with applicable local building codes and ordinances
• Be inspected prior to installation
All products must be installed within three (3) months of the purchase date unless otherwise agreed to in writing by VENCO ®. Failure to install within this timeframe may void warranty coverage.
All products must be stored in a safe, dry, and climate-controlled environment prior to installation. Any damage resulting from improper storage, negligent handling, or failure to store the product properly will void this warranty.

Installation constitutes acceptance of the product’s condition. Any visible damage must be reported prior to installation.
​
Exclusions
This warranty shall be void if:
• The product is removed from its original place of installation
• The product has been modified, altered, or transformed without prior written authorization from VENCO ®
• Steam generators or other unapproved equipment are installed without written authorization
• Proof of purchase is not provided
This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from:
• Improper installation or operating procedures
• Improper use inconsistent with the product’s intended purpose
• Structural support deficiencies
• Improper maintenance
• Abuse, misuse, negligence, or accident
• Chemical exposure or improper cleaning methods
• Hard water, ferrous, mineral, or saline water conditions
• Surface scratches, cosmetic damage, or finish issues reported after installation
• Flood, fire, acts of God, or other casualties
Shipping & Inspection
​
Products must be inspected immediately upon delivery. Any shipping damage must be reported in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt. Failure to report shipping damage within this timeframe voids any claim related to transit damage.
​
Claim Procedure
​
Any warranty claim must be submitted within thirty (30) days of discovery of the alleged defect.
